(A sign-in sheet will be available at the front desk during walk-in days.) 💰 Payment Options: CASH ONLY or Check Out at your appointment via Tap to Pay, manual card entry, or by charging the card on file that your deposit was paid with. ⚠️ All CashApp and Apple Pay transactions will have a $10 fee. ⸻ 📸 Inspo Photos & Character Sets ✨ When booking an inspiration (inspo) set, you MUST send the picture beforehand so proper timing and pricing can be set for your appointment. 🎨 All character sets or sets involving any hand-painted or detailed characters must be discussed prior to booking to confirm design time, pricing, and availability. ⸻ 📜 Policies These policies are here to respect everyone’s time and ensure the best experience for all clients: Cancellation Policy • Cancellations within 12 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service total. • No Call / No Shows will also be charged 50%. Late Policy • There’s a 10-minute grace period. • After 10 minutes, your appointment will be automatically canceled and considered a late cancellation. Foreign Fills & Older Sets • Foreign fills or fills on a set older than 3 weeks (even if done by me) will be charged as a full set. Deposits • All deposits are non-refundable and go toward your service total. Special Offers & Promotions • Unless stated otherwise, promotions are valid for 15 days only. • Permanent deals are listed under the “Deals” section of the website — these are always available! • The 365 Nail Plan is available anytime and will last 365 days from the date of your first appointment. Time Considerations • Please allow flexibility around your appointment time.
